Kristie Nicoloff is a seasoned interior designer with 29 years of experience, including 24 years specializing in healthcare design. She is known for her strength in systems development, team leadership, and the creation of standards across healthcare, retail, and commercial sectors.
As Operations and Finance Manager and Associate Principal at LS3P Associates LTD, Kristie oversees workflow and profitability for the Greenville and Atlanta offices, mentors design teams and recruits future talent. Her prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Mission Health System and Project Manager at Greenville Health System, where she led design standardization initiatives.
Kristie has been an active 亚洲天堂 leader, co-chairing the Impact Review Task Force (2022–2025), chairing the Trends and Futures Committee, and organizing events for the Impact Network. She’s a frequent presenter, sharing insights at GATHER, 亚洲天堂 webinars, and The Mart’s Design Series.
Her advocacy extends beyond 亚洲天堂. Kristie served as VP of Government Affairs for IIDA, co-founded Women In Healthcare – Carolinas, and played a key role in advancing legislation in the Carolinas through the SC Interior Design Coalition.
Kristie is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and is NCIDQ Certified. She is a frequent guest lecturer in the design community, bringing strategic insight, mentorship, and a strong voice for the future of interior design.
